- Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping

been dispatched. - Delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen
circumstances are outside our control.

Pickup
Available for Western Australia customers.
Purchase must be completed online.
BEFORE PAYMENT; PROCEED TO CART, CHECKOUT AND SELECT "PICKUP".
Address (Wellard) will be provided.
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Pickup available by appointment only on:
- Saturday between 1500- 1700
- Sundays between 1000- 1700

Returns
Returns & Damaged Items
At Zambezi Roots, we take pride in the
quality of our products and aim to make you feel confident when shopping with us.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us and we will gladly help by reviewing your issue.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of
receiving your order. - Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and
packaging. - Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required before approval.
Returns Process
If your item arrives damaged:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Approved returns may be eligible for:
- Replacement item, or
- Refund to the original payment method (where replacement is
unavailable).
